The Woodland Neonatal Unit at Watford General Hospital is a very busy local Neonatal Unit. Our unit configuration is 3 ITU, 5 HDU and 16 special care cots. In addition to this we have a 6 bedded Transitional Care Unit.
We are looking for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our busy, developing Neonatal Unit. We can offer you the opportunity to work with our well established and friendly neonatal team to deliver genuine family centred care.
In addition, we will support you to develop your career in neonatal nursing. Our dedicated practice development nurses will ensure you have an individualized development plan. After a period of local competency based training, you will be supported to undertake the specialist neonatal qualification and further develop your career pathway in neonatal nursing.
