Main duties of the job

The Deputy Chief People Officer: Workforce Transformation is primarily responsible for key human resources functions including the education and training function, business partnering, staff engagement and organisational development. You will manage these services on a day-to-day basis, but also to consider ways in which these services can be enhanced and developed, primarily through the use of continuous improvement methodology, technological enhancement and partnership working. You will be a key member of the HR lead team and will be instrumental in the development and the deployment of the Trust’s and the STP’s people strategies. You will also be expected to deputise for the Chief People Officer as required.
