We are excited to be recruiting a New Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing to set a clear vision and strategy for the management of health and wellbeing now and in the future. The post holder will be advising the Chief People Officer on the strategic direction for Occupational and Wellbeing services and will be responsible for ensuring that national guidance, policies and legislation that relates to or impacts Occupational Health and Wellbeing services are analysed, interpreted and actioned and to ensure it is in the position to attain SEQOHS accreditation in the near future.
Main duties of the job
For this role you will have proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels across the Trust.
You will be required to hold a relevant health professional related qualification and be able to demonstrate extensive experience/competence in the delivery and management of Occupational health and health risk related services in a large and complex organisation.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will be directly responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service.
Responsible for the effective delivery of a quality, progressive Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service to the Trust and for overseeing the commercial activity and financial performance of the service.
