Band 5 Nurse in AAU Level 3 – Blue/Yellow & Isolation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse within General Medicine and Care of the Elderly.

We welcome newly qualified nurses as well as experienced and established nurses looking for a change.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated and hardworking individuals who will work in partnership with our Senior Nursing Team to give our patients the best care every day.

Training will be given and there is an opportunity for staff to develop professionally to their full potential and this will be done through the Trust Training & Development Programme.

The ward consists of 36 beds which are divided into a number of bays, with an isolation bay - where you will learn the details of managing patients with various needs but requiring isolated management. This is a great starting point for any nurses looking to specialise in infection control in the long term.

L3 Yellow and Blue is a General Medical ward which caters for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.

You will also gain experience in End of Life and Palliative Care. There is also the opportunity to gain experience in the different categories of wound management, which will include pressure relief and complex wound dressings.

If you meet the person specifications for one of these roles we welcome your application.
