Performance Manager, Emergency Department
Directorate of Emergency Medicine
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and dynamic individual to work in our Emergency Department to provide a focus on the delivery of emergency care performance indicators. You will be responsible for developing effective systems to ensure that performance can be monitored in an effective and timely way and that appropriate actions and trajectories are in place where needed. You will work across the directorate working closely with the medical and nursing leads to implement best practice and identifying and resolving issues to improve patients flow and performance in the ED department.
As a key member of Directorate of Emergency Medicine’s management team and you will require excellent organisational, analytical and data management skills. You will be able to manage a complex and varied workload including prioritising to effectively meet deadlines and manage conflicting demands and to be able to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
